Hailing from Germany, beat-maker Lazy Jones and rapper Hazenberg join forces on new single 'Die authentische Erfahrung', out on Cologne's independent hip-hop label Melting Pot Music. The title of the new single translates to 'The Authentic Experience'; it's a celebration of classic beat-making, using old samples of bass, jazzy guitar, sliced together with chunky beats to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. Hazenberg's rap is full of effortless sleaze, and the fact that it's all in German is refreshing for our English-centric ears, especially when it comes to hip-hop.
